When a client arrives for their session with their beloved bearded dragon, aptly named Beardy, you swiftly tap into your creative reservoir to come up with unique posing ideas. The challenge? I have never taken photographs of a bearded dragon to use as a prop during a session. However, I didn't allow that to hinder me. I love a good challenge, and Beardy was an exceptional subject. Surprisingly, this endeavor was less challenging than anticipated.
Abigail, who is shy, sweet, and introverted, would always light up whenever her beloved dragon was nearby. This worked perfectly for us, as we captured some beautiful photos. Beardy brought out a side of Abigail that was pure magic, making each shot more captivating than the last. August is an ideal time to take photos due to the beautiful lighting and perfect backdrop. The warm, golden light complemented Abigail and Beardy perfectly, adding a touch of enchantment to each frame.
