I get it. We live in a beautiful area right next to the coast, so of course the beach sounds like the perfect photo session spot. But let’s be real, the beach here is a bit unpredictable. Just because it’s California doesn’t mean it’s sunny 365 days a year.
Luckily for the Rios family, we got sun. And wind. And those tiny, overly confident, environmentally protected birds that think nesting season from March through September is the ideal time to claim the coastline. Honestly, rude.
But none of that stopped us. This family looked fantastic and made the most of the session. We explored Ocean Park and Surf Beach, found some great spots, and got some truly beautiful shots. It’s always fun when a family is up for a little adventure and willing to go with the flow.
