I don’t get to do headshot sessions very often. I think people assume their badge ID photo or a quick selfie will do the job. Let me just say no. Please no. Don’t point that phone at yourself, pick the least offensive one, and call it good. When it comes to your professional headshot, there’s nothing like seeing duck lips or awkward angles to make me cringe. I always think, “Just hire me, I can make you look awesome.” But hey, I’m not here to force it.

Anthony got it. He knew he needed solid headshots for his career, and I was happy to help. He gave me the same line I hear from almost everyone: “Make me look better than I do.” Honestly, I’d probably say it too. But here’s the secret. All it takes is good light, good angles, and you relaxing. Once that happens, the rest is easy.

Anthony thought I worked some kind of magic, but really, these are just my usual edits. I didn’t have to do much at all. The photos speak for themselves.

Thank you, Anthony, for trusting me to capture these awesome headshots.

If you’re thinking about a headshot session at Cocheo Park, I’d love to help you plan it.
