Family Sessions
This is the good stuff.
Right here.
The chaos, the giggles, the way your kids look at each other — that's what I'm after. Real moments from your real life.

Family Sessions

Nobody said this would be easy.

Let's be real. Someone is going to melt down. Someone else is going to refuse to look at the camera on principle. The dog will lose its mind. And your hair, which looked great twenty minutes ago, has opinions of its own now.
This is fine. This is, actually, exactly the point.
Family sessions aren't about perfect. They're about true. The way your kid launches at you from across the field. The squished-together pile on the blanket that somehow turns into a tickle fight. The look between you and your partner that says can you believe these people are ours.
"The chaos is the evidence. This family is well-loved."
I've shot enough families to know: the best frame usually happens the second everyone stops trying. So bring the chaos, bring the crackers, bring whoever's going through a phase right now. We'll work with it.
What to Expect
The
experience.
Real moments, relaxed pace, kids allowed to be kids.
01
Pick a spot you love
A park, the beach, your backyard — somewhere your family actually spends time. Familiar places bring out natural behavior, and natural behavior makes better photos.
02
Dress for the chaos
Coordinating tones over matching outfits. Layers help. Avoid logos and busy patterns. And yes, the kids can wear shoes they can actually run in.
03
Let the kids lead
The best family moments happen when kids are just being kids. I'll work around them, not the other way around. Bribery is allowed and encouraged.
04
It's over before you know it
Family sessions are kept short on purpose. Shorter sessions mean everyone's still in a good mood at the end — including you.

Kind Words
"Erin was an absolute dream to work with! She has such an incredible eye and easily gains the confidence, trust, and laughter from the kids she photographs. She has a calm demeanor and is sweet, funny, and so talented. She captured the heart and soul of my daughter and made everything so easy as a parent! It felt so natural to trust her in this big moment."
