I can't say I've ever photographed a bunny before, but this was my first time, and I welcomed the challenge. This wasn't just any bunny though; it was an award-winning bunny, and Camille wanted to showcase that in her photos. I was all for it.
And while I’ve mentioned in previous posts that I'm not much of a beach person, this part of Pismo Beach might just be one of my favorites. It reminded me of Monterey and Carmel, especially that 17-mile drive. The cypress trees give it a unique look compared to our usual beach spots, and I appreciate that the boardwalk means less sand in my shoes.
Camille was the sweetest. I could tell she was a bit nervous at the start, but by the end of the session, we were giggling, and I absolutely loved how her photos turned out. I'm even starting to like these animals—shhh, don't tell anyone.
Thank you, Camille, for trusting me to capture this special time.
