High school was softball games, racing the bell, sprinting up three flights of stairs, showing up at Cabrillo my senior year without knowing a soul, and surviving the daily trauma of my locker neighbor slamming his door into my head. Oh, and because life is hilarious, he was also my high school crush. Like I was going to say anything about it. But you know what I don’t have from that season? Senior photos. Not even a yearbook shot. And yep, I still regret it.
