Azra’s senior session at Babcock Winery came with an uninvited guest: rain. The weather app said clear skies, but the clouds had other plans. Right as we were getting started, the drizzle kicked in and quickly turned into a full-on downpour.
Thankfully, Babcock has a great indoor option, so we pivoted without missing a beat. After a short break inside, the rain cleared and we got back to it, this time with better light and a little more drama in the skies. The vineyard’s fall colors were showing off, and the mix of moody clouds and golden leaves gave us a ton to work with.
Azra was calm, gracious, and completely camera-ready. Her expressions were natural, her style was on point, and she handled the whole weather rollercoaster without a single complaint. She made it easy to keep shooting once the skies cleared, and the results speak for themselves.
