From the moment Rivers wrapped up with my usual pre-session guidelines, she immediately launched into a variety of poses, making my job both exciting and challenging. I faced the tough task of narrowing down the images to fit within Instagram's limit of ten.
Rivers did an incredible job of infusing life into a location that has seen its fair share of photos. The key is to personalize it, and Rivers achieved that perfectly. Whether she was laughing, lying in the scratchy grass (and yes, I apologize for the rash), or simply being herself, she made the mission her own.
Having her mom as the ultimate cheerleader made all the difference. With that kind of support, Rivers was at ease, which translated into giggles, genuine smiles, and many “just one more, perfect” moments to help her transition into her senior year.
