Was Skylar a little timid when she first showed up for her senior session? Absolutely. But she's not alone; a lot of seniors feel that way at the beginning. I get it, and I work hard to create a comfortable space where their confidence can blossom.
At first, I could tell Skylar was reserved, so instead of diving into some of my usual wild prompts, we kept things more laid-back with classic poses that suited her style. As we moved through the session, I noticed her confidence growing. That’s when I decided to sprinkle in some fun poses to lighten the mood.
By the end of our time at La Purísima Mission, Skylar was shining brighter than the California sun. It’s always rewarding to see that transformation from hesitant to radiant.
