You want to talk about colorful? I’m not just referring to Penelope's vibrant hair. Her name and infectious energy made this senior session one for the books. We kicked things off with a brief interruption from my favorite Park Ranger, who politely reminded us we were in a patch of poison oak. But don’t worry—Penelope wasn’t risking her health, and her mom, a plant expert, confirmed we were in the clear. Once we sorted that out, we dove back into the session with no more drama.
Now, the sun decided it was time for a little game of hide and seek, which left us with the vibrant colors that Penelope brought to the day. Despite the slightly dimming light, her energy really stood out against the backdrop of La Purísima Mission State Historic Park.
